when I dragged Billy over the wall to freedom me and billy got stuck between cars and then we both fell out of the world, I respawned but Billy didn’t.
How do I complete the game?

I’m assuming you probably already figured it out however for anyone else who needs an answer;
All objects in the game that are unaffected by events and stuff like that reset after you are away from them for awhile or restart the game
When I went to save billy from the big whale he was not in his mouth when I went to save him I searched everywhere in the map he was nowhere to be seen I looked EVERYWHERE
