I’ve followed the other tips so far to get local co-op working, however nothing has been accomplished this far. I’ve gone through all the posts and tricks, mainly having one controller off, and changing the sign ins. Please advise, send help
Does the screen show “hold X to join”?
No, there are no prompts unless I enter online mode to invite others.
I’m currently playing this through Cloud Gaming. I’m not sure if that matters or not, but figured it was worth mentioning.

Yes that was going to be my next question, you cannot play locally via cloud play unfortunately
