Who can help me with a solution?

I’ve almost completed all of the quests in the game, not far from completion, but I’m stuck .
I’m unable to unlock 10 of the (hidden instincts find the gear to unlock)
Does anyone have a solution to my problem

find the gear you need to unlock the instincts

Do you have all the gear? If not you need that gear to do its connected instincts.
