I have 100% completed the dlc yet 2 items (1 body, 1 head) are not granted in any way including the infinity gauntlet tiara

Is the body the half-life reference hazmat suit you can get at the beginning of the game? I missed that one on my first playthrough
Yeah i just found that today so the obly thing now is the tiara
