I grinded the games dlc for seven hours the other day and 100 percented the story mode and all the trophies and broken relics but can’t figure out how to get the instability tiara

I haven’t managed to play the DLC yet as I don’t have any of the consoles that it requires 
however I think I read up on a post on here that had the same problem and Coffee Stain were trying to fix it? Am I crazy or did that happen?
Just found a post that said it’s there but you can’t get it? That was on Xbox. I don’t know but hope that helps?
