Cant launch the game PC (Xbox Game pass)

I’ve downloaded GS3 onto my PC (really good setup doesn’t have issues with any game besides this) but when I launch the game it crashes telling me it’s missing files, I’ve re-downloaded the game, I’ve repaired it, I restarted my PC, nothing.
I’ve checked others and I don’t even have Goat2.exe in my files, PLS send help.

Hmm, do you have the Steam, Epic Games, or Microsoft Windows Store version of the game?
