Are there any Patch Notes for Updates?

are there any patch notes for the last updates? I’ve downloaded some updates already but it would be nice to know what has changed. Or were it just bug fixes?

Patch notes get posted on the Reddit, Forum, and Discord. (Sometimes on the Twitter as well)
