Will the game receive free updates for a while, or will it jump straight to DLC? How long can we expect this game to be supported? Will there be microtransactions?

I reckon the game will have a few expansions and maybe some microtransactions (cosmetic skins). More or less the same support that the original game had.
I don’t think it will be a live service with regular updates. They’re usually big free-to-play games, not indie games.

I hope we get a few free expansions before they start releasing paid ones, considering the first game had a few, and this one costs so much more. It’d be great for keeping up the novelty factor that makes the game fun
