Why can’t I download Pre Udder edition add on ps5?

I think you can only add it after the game itself comes out
I pre-ordered the digital downgrade version of GS3 on PS5 and also had an issue not recieving the Pre-udder DLC unless it was included in the digital downgrade DLC but i have not found it anywhere in-game yet and your image makes me question if it was supposed to be another seperate Download altogether…???
