Like. Hover cars under water suits for the goats and other high tech stuff that can not operate outside the Atlantis area

Yeah an underwater one would be amazing, and maybe there could be stuff on the surface of the water like pirates or a yacht. A swimming in all directions mechanic would be interesting. Also if there is some sort of boss fight against like a pirate captain or mariner or something similar to The Farmer, then it may help my whole pantheon of devs/gods theory
