The screen flickers blue no matter if on the menu or in game , no way to fix it.
Maybe your ps is broke 
Doubt it since every other game works 
Oh maybe you have a certain setting on in the game?
It took me a long time to think of it but would the game be corrupted or smt like that
Just a quick thing but Id say your ps is grand now but if not it could be a stuck pixel or SMT and your game is corrupted just a quick thought
