The Nintendo switch is not nearly as powerful enough as the new gen Xboxes/ps5s/computers, and will likely have much worse graphics and possibly a few less features so it can run smoothly.

Oh I know another reason why it would never come to switch!
The switch is slowing down… the switch 2 will be realised this year apparently! So i highly doubt anything like goat sim would be on switch! But maybe switch 2
