How to create a topic for you to vote

Hi!
I would like to ask how to create like several options and then, you choose one, sorry, I still need to learn some things about the forum, so if you could tell me it would be amazing.

Something like this I mean:

1. Click on the gear above the textbox and then “Build Poll”
   
   
2. Click “Single Choice” if you want the polltaker to only choose one option, or “Multiple Choice” if you want the polltaker to choose 1 or more.
