If you mean in Goat Simulator, you don’t level up as far as I am aware other than in the Goat MMO Simulator DLC for the first game where you can do just about anything to gain experience.

  • make posts
  • like posts
  • flag posts that are dangerous
  • don’t get flagged
  • be online once a week
  • respond with long clear responses

A “flag” is kind of like reporting something to the mods, its signaling something that needs to be taken down or reviewed. So getting a flag is bad and will prevent you from leveling up. For example I flagged that spammer yesterday.
