Fly man wings how do you unlock?

hey in the city there is a fly man flying around there is also wings that are equipable that are the same as fly mans does anyone know how get those wings.

You do a quest for Hobo the Grey in Goatenberg to get the Butterfly wings. And you can buy the celestial wings in the store.

There are also other wings too that you can get that are bug wings I figured it out though thanks anyways
