I open the final black market lootbox with gear and my game crashes I am on pc and since it crashes when I open it I cant get the final piece of Royal Knight Gear

Hello! What is the last loot box? Also the last part of the first persons message is blurred for me?

The royal knight gear, that part of the message is blurred because they marked it as a spoiler, you can see the spoiler by just clicking on it
