When using the captain america shield (i cannot remember the name) in combination with rocket boots (not required but better speed), you can jump, ragdoll and throw the shield after ragdolling to fling yourself, you can sort of change the speed, when using slow motion u move less further, this also can allow you to phase into walls easier.
When you unlock the jack sparrow hat, which spawns krakens aside of you, if you move left or right after activating this, the tentacles will fling you very high and far BACKWARDS, good for fast travelling.
Not sure if these are known but theyre pretty cool
