Does anyone know what this gear is? Not the poop one, the other one. I have all the dlc including the new future pack and am unsure of what this is. As far as I know, this has only appeared recently. Anyone have any idea? Also how do I unlock it?

This is a gear from the badlands dlc and you need to jump all the ramps I think
