# Progression lost

Hey y’all
We are aware that some of you have lost your progress in the game for unknown reasons. We’re trying to figure out the cause of this and would need some additional info from the ones who have been affected by this.
The questions are:
- Did this pop-up appear for you?
- What progress did you lose? World save or Player save?
World save = the map, events
Player save = karma, goat gears, trinkets
- Do you remember around which date this happened?
- What platform are you playing on?

- The pop-up did not appear.
- I lost everything (even customized settings).
- Hard to say but somewhere after the Easter event.
- I’m playing on PC.

No pop-up here either. Kids were playing and it was just all gone.
We just lost our progress yesterday (9/27).
We only lost player save data - all trinkets, karma, and gear.
Also playing on PC.

We were playing on the X-box series X. There was no pop up. The only thing that wasn’t lost was quest completion.
Data gone when we logged on today. January 6th, 2024.
1. All insrincts lost.
2. All wardrobe lost.
3. All money lost.
Please help. My son loves this game.

This glitch just happened to me today. Is there a fix to this? We were playing on the X-box 1X. There was no pop up. The only thing that wasn’t lost was quest completion.

Booted up the game yesterday to check out the april fools event and finally a year later Epic Games found an old GS3 cloud save and I was able to regain all of my old data. (At least I have not noticed anything missing yet). Thought I’d share this here.

My son has atleast 100hrs in this game and this just happened today. He has autism and is not taking this well. We are on PC/Xbox Gamepass.

My son just had this happen to him last week. 53.5 hours of play. His map/towers are all open,and all illuminati ranks are opened at his castle, with all but 5 quests/events completed; but his score is 0, all of his gear is gone, all of his trinkets are gone, can’t access instincts, so guessing they’re all gone as well… Playing on Series X. Is this still being looked into?

- The pop-up did not appear.
- Seems like mostly Player data was lost.
- 2024-06-20
- I’m playing on PC.
This just happened to my son after installing the new DLC. Progression and stuff rolled back but not completely. No pop. Just launched the game and his progression was rolled back almost 50 hours.

I play on my PS5 and I have had this bug for a while now, and I can’t really play the DLC without my items. If there are any fixes please share.

Yes this did appear, i fortunately only lost the timer that indicates for how long i played on the save files but no more progres was lost, on PC

Hey please fix this or give my stuff back. So it says i completed all the quests but I have none of the gear, I lost all the karma bought items but didnt get the karma back. I still have 26 days played, Lost all my trinkets and ramps, I dont want to spend more time on this so please ill give my account info i just want my stuff back

Yeah man, this happened to me too, people tried helping me but it didn’t really work out. I tried to move on but I just miss playing this with my little brother.

This just happened to me on 11/26/24. I’m playing on Xbox series S. The pop up did not show. On the main game, it says I don’t have any of the towers activated, quests done, or minigames found. I still have all the wardrobe, trinkets, ramps, and instincts done.

Day of noticing bug : 28th November 2024
Day of report : 28th November 2024
There have been no pop ups
Xbox 1
We have lost our quests but not our instincts
We have lost our towers and our karma
We have kept out outfits.
We have lost goat cult ranking (we had just gotten the throne)
Other things too but I don’t want this to be too long, please ask if anything else is needed
(I have images and videos but the videos can’t be sent because of formatting and images can’t be sent because I can only send one as I am new)

I had all of the ramps, trophy’s and all the things on the actual map but i logged in one day and i lost parts of it and i had to buy everything i could and i still have to unlock things. I didn’t get that popup I don’t know the date. it was like it forgot everything and only remembered a save from a long time ago.
