Did you get it by installing it on the PS5 or is it on disc? ---
**Author:** ![Goat\_Simulator\_OG](https://dub1.discourse-cdn.com/flex005/user_avatar/forums.goatsimulator3.com/goat_simulator_og/32/1102_2.png) [@Goat\_Simulator\_OG](https://forums.goatsimulator3.com/u/Goat_Simulator_OG)\ **Post date:** [June 27, 2024, 4:18pm UTC](https://forums.goatsimulator3.com/t/all-my-progress-except-for-my-missions-and-goat-towers-are-gone/2819/4 "2024-06-27T16:18:09Z")
I got it by a disc. ---
**Author:** ![w0zaf](https://dub1.discourse-cdn.com/flex005/user_avatar/forums.goatsimulator3.com/w0zaf/32/1101_2.png) [@w0zaf](https://forums.goatsimulator3.com/u/w0zaf)\ **Post date:** [June 27, 2024, 5:21pm UTC](https://forums.goatsimulator3.com/t/all-my-progress-except-for-my-missions-and-goat-towers-are-gone/2819/5 "2024-06-27T17:21:33Z")
Kk, try to see if there are any scratches or smudges on the disc, bc that might be what’s causing the bug ---
**Author:** ![Goat\_Simulator\_OG](https://dub1.discourse-cdn.com/flex005/user_avatar/forums.goatsimulator3.com/goat_simulator_og/32/1102_2.png) [@Goat\_Simulator\_OG](https://forums.goatsimulator3.com/u/Goat_Simulator_OG)\ **Post date:** [June 27, 2024, 6:29pm UTC](https://forums.goatsimulator3.com/t/all-my-progress-except-for-my-missions-and-goat-towers-are-gone/2819/6 "2024-06-27T18:29:42Z")
I just cleaned the disc and it is still not working. There might just be nothing that we can do to fix the bug. ---
**Author:** ![Goat\_Simulator\_OG](https://dub1.discourse-cdn.com/flex005/user_avatar/forums.goatsimulator3.com/goat_simulator_og/32/1102_2.png) [@Goat\_Simulator\_OG](https://forums.goatsimulator3.com/u/Goat_Simulator_OG)\ **Post date:** [June 27, 2024, 6:30pm UTC](https://forums.goatsimulator3.com/t/all-my-progress-except-for-my-missions-and-goat-towers-are-gone/2819/7 "2024-06-27T18:30:58Z")
Is there any other ways to clean the disc? ---
**Author:** ![w0zaf](https://dub1.discourse-cdn.com/flex005/user_avatar/forums.goatsimulator3.com/w0zaf/32/1101_2.png) [@w0zaf](https://forums.goatsimulator3.com/u/w0zaf)\ **Post date:** [June 27, 2024, 6:34pm UTC](https://forums.goatsimulator3.com/t/all-my-progress-except-for-my-missions-and-goat-towers-are-gone/2819/8 "2024-06-27T18:34:45Z")
If you get a small amount of toothpaste and gently rub it in with a paper towel, (preferably something softer and less abrasive) it should get rid of any scratches of smudges ---
**Author:** ![w0zaf](https://dub1.discourse-cdn.com/flex005/user_avatar/forums.goatsimulator3.com/w0zaf/32/1101_2.png) [@w0zaf](https://forums.goatsimulator3.com/u/w0zaf)\ **Post date:** [June 27, 2024, 6:35pm UTC](https://forums.goatsimulator3.com/t/all-my-progress-except-for-my-missions-and-goat-towers-are-gone/2819/9 "2024-06-27T18:35:33Z")
And if that doesn’t work, take it back to where you got it and tell them what’s wrong with the disc and they’ll try to figure out something ---

I will do the cleaning method but I ordered the game from Amazon, is there any store that specializes in fixing discs etc? ---

I’m not sure but I don’t think so, maybe take it to a best buy or a GameStop? Those are the only two tech shops I know of that might be able to help ---
